Terms of service
Last updated 31 August 2026. These terms cover the Alurefit iOS app and this website. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
The product
Alurefit is coaching software. Coaches subscribe to manage a roster. Athletes join through an invite from their coach and do not pay Alurefit. Protocol letters are coach-authored training documents, not medical advice, prescriptions, or a substitute for a clinician.
Accounts
You must be 16 or older. Coaches are responsible for the athletes they invite and for the content they send (plans, letters, invoices). You can delete your account and on-device data from Settings in the app. App Store subscriptions are cancelled separately through your Apple Account.
Fees
The coach plan is billed by Apple as an auto-renewing subscription. Price is shown in the app at purchase. Athlete coaching fees are charged by the coach, not by Alurefit; when payments move off-device they will run outside in-app purchase as required for real-world services.
Acceptable use
Do not use Alurefit to harass anyone, to store or send unlawful content, or to give medical advice you are not qualified to give. We may suspend access if you do.
Liability
The app is provided as-is. Training involves risk. Alurefit is not liable for injuries, missed sessions, or coaching outcomes. To the extent Australian consumer law applies, those rights are not excluded.
