Privacy policy
Last updated 31 August 2026. This covers the Alurefit website waitlist and the iOS app.
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist we store your email, whether you said coach or athlete, the time you signed up, and a short user-agent string. We use that only to email you about Alurefit access. We do not sell the list. Ask hello@alurefit.com and we will delete your row.
The app (today)
Roster, photos, chat, invoices, and health totals currently live on the device. Chat is encrypted at rest with a key stored in the Keychain. Progress photos stay in the app’s sandbox. Apple Health is read-only for dietary energy and protein, and only after you connect it. We do not receive a copy of that Health data while the app is local-only.
Apple
Purchases, restore, and subscription status go through StoreKit. Apple’s privacy policy applies to those transactions.
When a server exists
Invite codes, chat relay, and backups will need a backend. When that ships we will update this page before any data leaves the phone, and we will ask again where the law requires it.
